As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the vital link between our customers and our organization. You ensure everything runs smoothly - from first contact to final delivery. With your customer-focused mindset and commercial drive, you turn every interaction into a great experience.

What you will do?
No two days are the same. You juggle multiple priorities and keep everything running seamlessly:
- Act as the primary point of contact for our (online) customers
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Manage and keep the product database up to date
- Handle shipping documentation
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure smooth order dispatch
- Monitor delivery timelines and order accuracy
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Contribute ideas for new business opportunities and growth
- Support the Sales Manager and Account Manager
